What we do
Four lines of work that share the same instinct — reading a room and deciding what it needs. Some of it sells a house. Some of it makes one worth staying in.

Home staging
We stage vacant and occupied properties throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, furnishing each room so a buyer can picture the life they would live inside it. Walkthrough, plan, install, and removal — all of it ours to carry.
We stage empty listings and new construction outright, and work around sellers still living in the house when the home is occupied. Terms renew by the month if the listing runs long, and the install is always timed to arrive before your photographer does.

Interior decorating
Decorating a home is a hundred decisions that have to agree with one another. We make them in order — finishes first, then furniture, then the styling that pulls it together.
It begins with an afternoon in the house — reading the light, the traffic, the way the rooms hand off to one another. From there we plan the layout, source and manage the pieces, and return to style it once everything has arrived.

Home organizing
Organizing built to last past the afternoon we finish. We shape storage around the way your household genuinely moves through a home, not around what looks tidy in a photograph.
Kitchens, pantries, closets, and garages, or a whole house taken room by room. We also work ahead of a listing, clearing the frame before photography, and on either side of a move — sorting and donating before, unpacking and placing after.
